Aron of Metrowest leases 4,300 s/f to Power Engineers

North Attleboro, MA Marlene Aron, formerly of IPS, and now associate broker at Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, representing the lessee, Power Engineers, has leased 4,300 s/f at 100 John L. Dietsch Square.

Power Engineers, Inc. is a global consulting engineering firm specializing in energy, facilities and communications projects. Founded in 1976, PE is an employee-owned company with staffing in over 1,000 offices throughout the United States and abroad.

The building was built and is owned by the lessor, Hodess Realty, LLC, which was represented by Neil Amper of Rodman Real Estate.

Aron said, " The intensive search spanned Westboro to the Rhode Island border along the Rte. 495 Corridor. 100 John L. Dietsch Square was chosen due to its location, timing availability and a lessor who was able to meet the needs of the lessee quickly and proficiently."
