Stratton of The Geenty Group brokers 2 leases

Christine Perrelli, represented by Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased a 1,700 s/f retail space at 698 Boston Post Rd. and soon will be opening a ladies shoe store called Anna Mia's. The owner, attorney Christopher Hill, was represented by Stratton as well. In another transaction, Sun Ju Yang, represented by Stratton, has leased a 1,700 s/f retail space at 694 Boston Post Rd. and soon will be opening a nail salon called Sweet Pea Nails. Hill was the owner in this transaction, and was also represented by Stratton.
