NAI Norwood Group and Weichert Realtors, Points East Properties, commercial division announces have leased 2,800 s/f of retail space and 4,000 s/f of warehouse space at 21 Fourth St.
Julie Porter of Weichert, Points East found the space for the tenant, Southeast NH Habitat for Humanity, Inc.
Brian O'Brien of NAI Norwood represented the lessor.
The Habitat Re-Store is a retail business selling surplus new and used building and home improvement materials to the general public at 30-50% off retail price. The products are 100% donated.
