Sprink Tech completes two $1 million fire sprinkler projects including Greystone Mill

Two $1m fire sprinkler projects have recently been completed by Sprink Tech Company, Inc., a leading provider of fire sprinkler systems.  The company, which serves Mass., R.I. and N.H., provides systems for commercial, residential, educational and retail clients. Greystone Mill, the 300 unit mill to high-end apartment conversion located in North Providence was completed on time in eight months. One of the major challenges in the design of the project was maintaining the historic exterior of the building while complying with all the latest building and fire safety codes and adhering to new sprinkler regulations.  Metric Construction of Brighton, Mass. was the general contractor for the project.  The project has been completed successfully and units are now being rented Sprink Tech has also completed the design and installation of new fire sprinkler system for the new JCPenney building, located in Wareham Crossing in Wareham, Mass. Sprink Tech's utilization of state-of-the-art software coupled with their in-house design services contributed to the expeditious completion of the project six weeks ahead of schedule. The general contractor on the project was EMJ Corporation of Waltham.   Sprink Tech has been designing and installing fire sprinkler systems for more than 17 years. What sets them apart from other sprinkler companies is not only sheer manpower with their team of 40 professional installers, but their in-house design services, which enable quick permitting. Their utilization of this state-of-the-art software program for design along with prefabricated pipe for installation ensures high quality, accuracy and rapid turnaround, which translates to lower costs for the client.
