Malden, MA-Regazzini of Combined Properties, Inc. brokers three lease renewals totaling 76,318 s/f

Cushman & Wakefield brokers two leases totaling 51,230 s/f to Greenwich Hospital

Greenwich, CT Greenwich Hospital has leased 35,000 s/f of office space at 900 King St. in Rye Brook, N.Y., and 16,230 s/f of outpatient medical office space at 500 West Putnam Ave. in Greenwich, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

Greenwich Hospital subleased the space at 900 King St. for non-clinical administrative departments from Cadbury Schweppes for a 10-year term. The lease is an expansion for Greenwich Hospital at 900 King St. where it now occupies approximately 70,000 s/f on the first floor. The 201,460 s/f building is owned by Brickman Associates.

At 500 West Putnam Ave. the hospital leased the space for an endoscopy center and medical offices. The four-story, 121,000 s/f free-standing office building is owned by SL Green.

In both deals, Cushman & Wakefield's Christopher O'Callaghan represented Greenwich Hospital. Kevin Foley and Larry Ruggieri of Cushman & Wakefield represented Cadbury Schweppes in the 900 King St. sublease.
