Kane Co. sells 3,250 s/f industrial condo to Power House Supply
Power House Supply, Inc. has purchased a 3,250 s/f industrial condominium from G/D Acquisition LLC at the Airpark Industrial Condominium at 18 Henry Graf Rd. Since 1992 Power House Supply has provided technical solutions for the increasing demands of the Deregulated Power Markets. Power House is headquartered in an adjacent space and purchased the property to accommodate its future expansion plans.
