Keypoint Partners adds Hough as leasing assoc.

KeyPoint Partners, LLC has added David Hough as leasing associate in the company's headquarters, according to Robert Lemons, the firm's managing partner. Before joining KeyPoint, Hough worked at American Retail Properties. He has experience in project leasing and tenant representation. Among other achievements, Hough assisted in the expansion of US Cellular, brokering sites in Maine and N. H. Prior to that, Hough worked at Bullfinch Boston Realty. Hough is a graduate of Union College with a BS in Psychology.  He is member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Mass., R.I., and N.H.. "David has superior knowledge of key retail markets," said Lemons, "He brings new energy and a different outlook to enhance our team."
