Shea leases 15,000 s/f to Dime Furniture
Dime Furniture has leased 15,000 s/f in the Derry Industrial Park. The facility will serve as a distribution warehouse/service center for the new Ashley Furniture Store being constructed on Rte. 28 in Salem.
Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties handled the multi-year lease for Dime Furniture and the landlord, Kachanian Realty Trust.
