Providence, RI Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services has leased the entire fifth floor, 8,895 s/f, at One West Exchange St. to LIN Television Corp.

Mick Hogan and Pete Hayes, SIOR represented the landlord and Sean Lynch and Neil Ross of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

The property, consisting of 25,000 s/f of office space, is located inside The Westin Hotel offering a strong amenity package. LIN Television Corp. joins the list of tenants at The Westin including Tufts Health Plan, bx.com, Mathey's Lane Investment Services and FS Capitol.
