Geary of Klemmer Assoc. sells 76,802 s/f industrial building for $975,000

Klemmer Associates, LLC negotiated the sale of a 76,802 s/f industrial building on 10 acres at 375 Jaffrey Rd. on behalf of Northeast Products, Inc. The buyer was represented by Ted Geary of Klemmer Assoc. The seller, Monadnock Business Ventures, Inc., was represented by Michelle Lange and George Foskett of The Masiello Group. Northeast Products, producers of hunting accessories, will be moving their corporate location from Lawrence, Mass. The purchase price was $975,000.
