NAI Hunneman brokers two office leases: 20,695 s/f

Peabody, MA According to NAI Hunneman, it has brokered two office leases, totaling 20,695 s/f at 9 Centennial Dr.

NAI Hunneman's David Gilkie, senior vice president, and Michael McCarthy, an associate, represented the landlord, B&H Peabody Property LLC, in both transactions.

Family Continuity Programs, Inc., a private, non-profit mental health and social services agency, signed a five-year, 17,810 s/f lease. Richard Newberg of Drumlin Group represented the tenant.

Nizhoni Health Systems, LLC, a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health agency dedicated to assisting its clients in maintaining safe, independent lifestyles, signed a four-year, 2,885 s/f lease. Philip Mann of Sangan Realtors represented the tenant.
