NAI Hunneman brokers two office leases: 20,695 s/f

According to NAI Hunneman, it has brokered two office leases, totaling 20,695 s/f at 9 Centennial Dr. NAI Hunneman's David Gilkie, senior vice president, and Michael McCarthy, an associate, represented the landlord, B&H Peabody Property LLC, in both transactions. Family Continuity Programs, Inc., a private, non-profit mental health and social services agency, signed a five-year, 17,810 s/f lease. Richard Newberg of Drumlin Group represented the tenant. Nizhoni Health Systems, LLC, a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health agency dedicated to assisting its clients in maintaining safe, independent lifestyles, signed a four-year, 2,885 s/f lease. Philip Mann of Sangan Realtors represented the tenant. "We welcome both Family Continuity Programs and Nizhoni Health Systems as newest tenants in this great building," said Gilkie, whose firm serves as an exclusive leasing agent for the property. "Family Continuity has been a pioneer and leader in family-focused services for more than two decades in Massachusetts and we're glad to have them in the building. Nizhoni is great firm that provides quality nursing care at home." Build in 1986, the two-story, 37,000 s/f flex building is located in Centennial Office Park. Situated immediately off Rte. 128, Centennial Office Park is one of the area's largest master planned business parks. The location offers excellent access to Rte. 128/95 and Rte. 1, and is 15 minutes to Logan Airport. Corporate neighbors include Analogic, Saucony, Boston Acoustics and Cardinal Health, among others. The office park also has many amenities including the Peabody Marriott, the Mainstay Suites, several dining options, and the North Shore Mall.
