Weymouth, MA JSA Realty Trust has recently purchased 280 Libbey Industrial Parkway in Weymouth for $785,000.

280 Libbey Industrial Pwy. is a 7,500 s/f flex condominium offering 80% office space on two levels and 20% warehouse space with a dock high and drive-in door. This will be the new headquarters of Annese Electric.
