McDonough and Sciolla of Cresa Partners leases 20,501 s/f to Lewtan Technology

460 Totten Pond Road - Waltham, MA

Waltham, MA BPG Properties, Ltd. executed a lease for 20,501 s/f with Lewtan Technologies, Inc. (Lewtan) at Totten Pond Office Park, a 293,000 s/f, three building office park located off of Rte. 128. Lewtan will occupy the entire fourth floor of 400-2 Totten Pond Rd., a four-story 79,089 s/f office building.

"After careful consideration of all options in the market place, Lewtan decided to relocate their headquarters to 400-2 Totten Pond Rd. They feel this new location allows for a more efficient layout and collaborative working environment creating a "cultural evolution" for Lewtan's employees." said Michael Rota, asset manager of BPG Props. who was responsible for overseeing negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

Shawn McDonough and Joe Sciolla of Cresa Ptrs. represented Lewtan in the lease negotiations. The landlord was represented by Rob Walles, Andy Majewski and Matt Siciliano of CB Richard Ellis, the exclusive leasing agents for the park.

Totten Pond Office Park consists of 400-2 Totten Pond Rd., 400-1 Totten Pond Rd., a four-story, 75,570 s/f office building and 460 Totten Pond Rd., a seven-story, 141,981 s/f office building.

Amenities within Totten Pond Office Park include two newly renovated full service cafés in 400-2 and 460 Totten Pond Rd., a tenant only fitness center with showers and locker rooms in 460 Totten Pond Rd. and on-site ownership and management. In 2008, BPG completed renovations to the lobbies, common area corridors and restrooms of both buildings.
