6 Mulliken Way - Newburyport, MA

Newburyport, MA Anthony Triglione, broker, with The Kane Company, Inc. has recently completed the sale of 6 Mulliken Way.

The 15,000 s/f manufacturing facility was formerly occupied by Northeast Quality Products. It sold for $ 850,000 and is now going to be utilized for storage by neighboring company, Strem Chemical.

The 20+ year old building had limited market interest because of its low clear height and high percentage (30%) of dated office space. "The buyer had previously passed on purchasing the property several years ago but due to a significant price reduction from the seller and Strem's immediate need for additional warehouse space, the transaction was brought to a successful close", said Triglione.
