Mashpee, MA Adam Bauer of Weichert Dunhill Commercial brokered the sale of the 5,241 s/f investment property located at 400 Nathan Ellis Highway.

The 74% occupied multi-tenanted office building was built in 2003.

Adam Bauer represented the buyer, Sea Belle Group LLC and the seller, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

All tenants are to remain operating at the property.

The $786,000 sale price was based on $150 price per s/f.

Mark Sexton from the Bank of Cape Cod arranged the financing.
