Dieker of CBRE/NE sells 6.41 acre site to Hutton Partners for $995,000

Ossipee, NH CB Richard Ellis/New England facilitated the sale of a 6.41 acre parcel. The lot, located at the junction of White Mountain Hwy. (Rte. 16) and Suncook Valley Rd. (Rte. 28), was sold for $995,000. CBRE's Roger Dieker, managing broker of the CBRE Manchester office, represented the buyer, Hutton Partners, LLC of Chattanooga, TN. The seller, Monja Von Maxey, was represented by Ted Bateman of Exit Realty.

The site will be the home of a new 35,000 s/f retail center featuring Tractor Supply and Family Dollar as primary anchors.

Additional retailers in the vicinity include RiteAid Pharmacy and Ocean State Job Lot.
