Flagship Cinemas leases 22,403 s/f at Centro Properties Group's Rutland Plaza

Rutland, VT Centro Properties Group has signed a 22,403 s/f lease with Flagship Cinemas at Rutland Plaza, located just west of Rte. 7, at the intersection of Center St. and Merchants Row.

This location is Flagship's first theater in Vermont. Flagship Cinemas owns/operates 12 theaters.

Flagship Cinemas, replacing former theater operator, Cinema North, has performed some renovations since taking possession of the theater space with plans to further improve the cinema in the upcoming months. Some of the anticipated renovations include a 3D digital cinema, stadium style seating and digital surround sound.

Centro Props. Grp. is the owner of Rutland Plaza and was represented by Charles Davis with Centro.
