Auburn, ME Kevin Fletcher, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Millett Ralty sold 72-86 Main St. for American Holdings, Inc.

Auburn Riverwalk LLC bought the 23,789 s/f, three-story mixed-use property for $2.5 million.

As part of the transaction, Gritty McDuff's, Maine's Original Brew Pub, has renewed their lease.

Financing was provided by Todd Savage, senior vice president, of The First Bancorp in Damariscotta.

Fletcher represented the buyer and the seller.
