White of CBRE/NE leases 13,800 s/f for Urstadt Biddle Props.

Newington, NH Kent White of CB Richard Ellis/New England's Portsmouth office represented Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc. in the lease of 13,800 s/f at Newington Park to The Birchtree Center. This space will be the new home of The Birchtree Center, which is relocating from Portsmouth. The Birchtree Center, which offers educational services to children with autism, was represented by Gail Hughes.
