Manchester, NH Brady Sullivan Properties has sold the 14,000 s/f planet fitness condominium located at 195 McGregor St. to Millworks Investment LLC for $1 million. Brady Sullivan has now sold a significant portion of the commercial core of the building and is slated to build up to 180 residential units in the north side of the 555,774 s/f complex in the near future.

This will be the city's first mixed use mill redevelopment according to Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan. The commercial core houses tenants such as The Moore Center, Catholic Medical Center, Subway, Granite State College and Planet Fitness.
