Scanlon and Overdeput of G&E|Coldstream lease 12,000 s/f
Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc., leased the former Autotorium facility at 1317-1319 Hooksett Rd. to Auto Wholesalers.
Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM and Hugo Overdeput, CCIM of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's Bedford office represented the landlord, Marino Realty, LLC, in the transaction and assisted the tenant.
Formerly the home of a Suzuki dealership, the property includes a 12,000 s/f showroom and service facility on 8 acres.
