The Business of Facility Management

Presenters: Team-taught by senior facility management professionals in Boston

Description: Spend four days immersed in the principles, characteristics, theories and concepts that make up the business of FM. This series will include an introduction to FM, as well as managing, advancing and evaluating the business of FM. To enable course participants to determine their degree of knowledge in each of the nine competency areas, IFMA has provided pre- and post- course self assessment checklists. These checklists combined with detailed vocabulary and learning activities are designed to advance participants' general knowledge of facility management. The course concludes with a group case study experience.
