The long-term lease for the 24,200 s/f space, located at 189 Connecticut Ave., was brokered by Dominick Musilli, an executive VP at RHYS Commercial and head of its retail division and Cory Gubner, president and CEO.

Musilli represented the landlord, 189 Connecticut Ave. LLC, in the long-term lease. REI was represented by Timothy McNamara of SullivanHayes Companies Northwest.
