New London, CT Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group has completed a 1,837 s/f lease to Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen. Timothy Londregan of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group was the sole broker.

The new Popeye's is located at 455 Colman St. The new Popeye's is the former location of Bess Eaton Donuts which was most recently succeeded by Tim Horton's.
