Danbury, CT PepsiCo has leased 10,665 s/f at Lee Farm Corporate Park. Philadelphia-based Grosvenor Investment Management US Inc. (GIM), on behalf of an international pension fund client, acquired the building in 2007. Vision Equities LLC of Mountain Lakes, N.J., assists GIM with asset management.

Kyle Ely of Goodfellow Ashmore represented the ownership and Paul Jacobs of CBRE represented the tenant.

Lee Farm Corporate Park is a multi-tenant office building. The five-story, 215,000 s/f class A building was developed in 1987.
