Connecticut/Western Massachusetts SIOR holds continuing education course

Hartford, CT The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in cooperation with the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors sponsored a continuing education course. The session on Connecticut Disclosure, RESPA, and Real Estate Law Update is one of two required courses for Connecticut real estate license renewal. The course instructor was attorney Eugene Marconi, from the Connecticut Association of Realtors.

A total of 34 commercial real estate professionals attended the class, which included 11 SIOR members. Frank Hird, SIOR, said, "It was a great chance to learn about new laws that have recently been passed in Connecticut with respect to commercial real estate.
