Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, has been a partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC since 1996. He entered the commercial real estate business in 1977 and has completed transactions consisting of sales, leasing and consulting services for the Connecticut business community in excess of $300 million. In 1984 he was named senior marketing consultant for a national real estate firm. From 1989 to 1993 he was director of marketing for a major Fairfield County development company, responsible for the leasing of over 350,000 s/f of industrial and technical space. He attended Graham Junior College in Boston majoring in business. He received his SIOR designation on 1988. He currently serves at the Connecticut/Western Massachusetts Chapter of the SIOR.
