Buonocore of Buena Vista R.E. leases 1,308 s/f to Captain's Pizza

New London, CT Ann Buonocore of The Buena Vista Real Estate Company leased 1,308 s/f to Captain's Pizza on the corner of Bank and State Sts. The restaurant was formerly operated for over 30 years by the building's owner. The new lessee Greg Robinson who had operated a pizza business in another part of town was lured back into the scene when he learned about the opportunity to do what he loves in a community that he enjoys so much.

Robinson has plans to buy the building which is comprised of Captain's Pizza, The Galley Restauarnt and six residential rental units.

Buonocore also leased/optioned the former Gridlock Grille on Colman St. and it now operates under the name The New London Diner.
