Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Phil Barber represented H&L Plastics in the lease of 10,000 s/f at 222 Universal Dr. H&L Plastics, a manufacturer of fiberglass and resin products, have been located in town for the past 12 years. Barber represented the tenant, Charles Bolton. Fred Messore of Colonial Properties represented the landlord, The Branco Company.
