Milford, MA R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. recently completed the sale of 49 Maple St. to Milford LLC for $2.65 million. 49 Maple St. is a 53,400 s/f R&D, light manufacturing building.

Milord LLC will use the building for their related companies.

Arthur Amadei and John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes represented the buyer while Jeff Hamilton of CB Richard Ellis - New England represented the seller.
