MEG leases 3,600 s/f at Epping Commons

Epping, NH Epping Meats & Marketplace has opened in 3,600 s/f at Epping Commons, according to Andrew Levy, CCIM, director of real estate for the MEG Companies.

The 25,000 s/f commercial property is anchored by the Stove Shoppe.

According to owners Ray Dumaresq and Rob Martin, there was a need for a butcher shop in the area and Epping Commons was the prime location, as the town continues to see commercial growth on Rte. 125.

Another tenant at Epping Commons is the Orient Pearl Restaurant.
