Richard Guralnick, CCIM of H. Pearce Commercial has completed a 12,000 s/f lease at 33 Business Park Dr. The tenant LQ Mechatronics USA, Inc. is opening and headquartering its U.S. operations in Branford Business Park so it can be closer to many of its major U.S. clients including several in Conn. The parent LQ Mechatronik-Systeme GmbH is based in Germany with operations across the globe. LQ is a global systems contractor and provider for electro-mechanical equipment for industrial plant process engineering. Guralnick represented the owner Business Park Realty LLC and Steven Inglese, SIOR of New Haven Group represented the tenant.
