Witkiewicz of Advance Realty CT brokers $375,000 sale
The historic Plaza Building located on Windsor's Green at 280 Broad St. and Elm St. has been recently sold. The mixed-use property consists of eight retail stores and a movie theater on the ground level and nine residential apartments on the second floor. A large three family is also on the property.
The entire property is slated for a major renovation.
The seller was BIS, LLC and the purchaser is Sachdev Plaza, LLC. The sale price was $375,000.
Joel Witkiewicz, CCIM of Advance Realty CT, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.
