CBRE NE negotiates 86,036 s/f lease to Allied Building Products Corpation
CBRE New England has negotiated a lease at 780 North Colony Rd. totaling 86,036 s/f to Allied Building Products Corp., a division of Old Castle Inc. Bob Daglio and David Barnes of CBRE New England and Tom Cromartie of CBRE Atlanta represented the tenant. Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Slomkowski Family Realty LLC.
