Sentry Commercial brokers 40,000 s/f $1.6 million sale
WFH LLC recently purchased a 40,000 s/f free standing industrial building located at 725 Marshall Phelps Rd. The property was purchased from 725 Marshall Phelps LLC for $1.6 million. Windsor-based Hurley Metal Fabrication will be leasing the facility from the buyer.
Sentry Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.
