Regazzini of Combined Properties, Inc. brokers three lease renewals totaling 76,318 s/f

Combined Properties, Inc. recently completed three lease renewals at 378 Commercial St., a 114,920 s/f industrial building. Vocell Bus Company, Interline Brands, and General Insulation together have renewed a total of 76,318 s/f. Vocell Bus Co., New England's leading school-bus transportation company locally owned and operated by the Goodman family, occupies 16,000 s/f. Interline Brands, a leading direct marketer and distributor of plumbing, electrical, and security hardware, HVAC and related products, occupies 20,000 s/f. General Insulation, a major distributor of commercial and industrial insulation, HVAC products, and fire stop products, occupies 40,318 s/f at 378 Commercial St. "Vocell, Interline, and General Insulation are both tenants and neighbors, as 378 Commercial St. is just a couple doors down from our corporate offices," said John Pereira, president of Combined Properties. "We are committed to providing outstanding service and property management so that these companies can continue to successfully operate and thrive in Malden." Greg Regazzini, Combined Properties's vice president and director of leasing, represented the landlord in all of the above transactions. This warehouse/manufacturing space on Commercial St. offers surface parking and a location 10 minutes to downtown Boston and 15 minutes to Logan International Airport.
