Alvarado and Parsons of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. broker $1.65 million sale

Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) completed the sale of 29 Hudson Rd. for $1.65 million. Marci Alvarado, vice president and Jake Parsons, associate of Parsons represented both the buyer and the seller and will continue as the leasing agents for the property. The property is located in the historic district and offers tenants a unique environment close to many amenities. "The new owner, Vantage Investment Properties LLC, is planning to renovate the buildings which includes adding an elevator, additional parking in the front and many other cosmetic upgrades," said Alvarado. "The property is going to be re-positioned as the new town center to attract quality retail and professional office and medical tenants." The seller was Somerset Sudbury Development LLC.
