Kovago of Glickman Kovago & Co. leases 7,100 s/f to Massachusetts Mentor Inc.

Glickman Kovago & Co. leased 7,100 s/f to Massachusetts Mentor, Inc. at 108 Grove St. 108 Grove St., more commonly known as "The Northworks Building" has undergone a renovation and is under new ownership and management. Exposed pipes and brick walls with the new carpeting, construction and painting make this a professional, affordable and desirable office building. A WRTA bus stop is located at the entrance to the building and free off street parking is available across the street. Massachusetts MENTOR is relocating from their 120 Stafford St. location to 108 Grove St. to expand. Peter Kovago, principal of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented the landlord and Kevin Humphries of MOHR Partners represented the tenant.
