Gaucher and Hird of O,R&L Commercial broker 20,672 s/f $920,000 sale
Bob Gaucher, SIOR, CCIM and Frank Hird, SIOR, both from O,R&L Commercial, teamed up to complete the sale of 856 North Main St. Extension. The property, which sold for $920,000, consists of a 20,672 s/f air conditioned office/manufacturing building situated on 7.04 acres. The building will be the new home of Advanced Turbine Services which is expanding its operations in Conn. The building is expandable and is suited for Advanced Turbine Service's rapidly growing business.
O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Jaymar Realty Co.
