Developer, The Lexvest Group led by Eric Shapiro is reinventing Sutton Place, a collection of 1930s-era cottages and multifamily residences located on Shore Rd.
Shapiro acquired the property earlier this year and, with planning, has brought about significant upgrades without losing the charm of "Olde Cape Cod."
"Our vision was to simultaneously restore and preserve Sutton Place," said Shapiro, president of The Lexvest Group, a commercial real estate firm. Sutton Place offers two home-style choices: There are 18 freestanding summer cottages, each 250 s/f - and there are 11 larger single and multifamily residences. All owners have access to Sutton Place's 1,000-foot long private beach. Eighteen of the units are waterfront, Eleven are water view.
