Combined Properties, Inc. completed three new leases totaling 31,672 s/f at 2 Corporation Way in Centennial Park. In conjunction with the new tenancy, renovations to the common areas including the lobby and restrooms have been completed recently and represent a major upgrade to 2 Corporation Way.
The 94,060 s/f first-class office building will be the new home to Talx Corp. and USA Protect, LLC. The third tenant has requested anonymity. Talx Corp. is the provider of Equifax Workforce Solutions and a leader in human resource, payroll, and tax-related services. USA Protect is the provider of LocatePLUS, an industry leading database offering online investigative information for law enforcement, legal and insurance professionals, and licensed investigators.
