Moskowitz of Heritage and Denenberg of Denenberg lease 7,000 s/f

W. Newton, MA Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. and Neil Denenberg of Denenberg Realty Advisors leased 7,000 s/f of showroom garage space to Safelite Glass at 1199 Washington St. Safelite is a national company specializing in the installation of auto glass in all types of vehicles.

The space offers two, large drive-in doors, hi stud and plentiful parking. The space, at one time was utilized as a Ferrari garage.

After a full renovation by Safelite, it will offer service in the area for auto glass installation.

Denenberg, as exclusive tenant representative, represented Safelite and Moskowitz, as exclusive landlord broker, represented Development Specialists, the lessor in the long-term lease.
