Feiner of MG Commercial leases 3,000 s/f to Miller's Roast Beef
Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate Services, representing the ownership of 1592 Mineral Spring Avenue, leased the 3,000 s/f free-standing former KFC to Miller's Roast Beef. This building has a drive-thru, is located on a corner lot and has plenty of parking.
Miller's Roast Beef started in 1968 and is a family-owned business with three generations involved in its growth and success. The original store is located in East Providence and a second store is located in South Attleboro. The North Providence store is slated to open in May.
MG Commercial Real Estate is a full-service, commercial real estate company located in Providence, and serving all of Rhode Island and southeastern Mass.
