McGee of Colonial Properties completes four leases totaling 7,350 s/f
According to Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, commercial sales associate, Brita McGee has negotiated 4 leases totaling 7,350 s/f. McGee represented Papa John's Pizza, who signed a 5 year lease for 2,000 s/f at 112 Boston Post Rd. in Orange. Tyler Lyman of RHYS represented the landlord.
Also in Orange, Mercury Medical leased 900 s/f of office space for 3 years at the Firelite Shopping Center, 35 Old Tavern Rd. McGee represented the tenant and Royal Properties represented the landlord.
McGee was the sole broker in the leasing of 2,600 s/f at 1590 Boston Post Rd. in Milford. The former location of Village Bagels was leased to Piada Italian Kitchen, who signed a 5-year lease.
McGee was also the sole broker in the leasing of 1,850 s/f to Catering By Christine at 906 W. Main St. in Branford for a 2-year lease.
