The Geenty Group, Realtors leases 1,364 s/f at 118 Grand Avenue
The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of a 1,364 s/f retail unit at 118 Grand Ave.
The tenant, Khawaja Sheraz, will be opening a convenience store called "Smoker's Market 2" in the next few months.
The tenant's representative was Kristin Geenty SIOR. Barry Stratton, also of The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord, Three Brothers, LLC.
