Brady Sullivan Properties closed the deal on over 10 businesses moving into the Waumbec Mill located at 250 Commercial St. The firm has completed a number of transactions, totaling over 18,000 s/f of new deals. Some of the businesses include Fuel Lighting, Furuya Metals, Pillpack, SubitUp, Amoskeag Auction, along with a number of other tenants.
