According to The Valentine Group two retail units at Clearbrook Center Plaza have been leased up with new tenants. Karen Cunningham and Tina Guillmette are relocating Cuts-N-Stuff, Inc., a family hair salon, from Londonderry to Clearbrook. The new space has been completely renovated. Cuts-N-Stuff welcomes old and new customers to drop in, check out the new space and make an appointment.
Derry Sports and Rehab is relocating into the end-cap unit at Clearbrook Center Plaza. TJ Karanasios, a principal of Derry Sports and Rehab is very excited with the move. The company now has great visibility, easy access and plenty of parking. The 3,000 s/f unit is ideal because it offers a large open area for physical therapy treatment, several private treatment rooms and plenty of back room support space. The suite is brightly lit with natural light from the long window lines.
The Valentine Group represented the landlord, Clearbrook Center Realty Trust in both transactions. They also manage the center for the owner.
