Diversified Project Management to lead $5 million renovation of Trinity Episcopal Church, Concord, MA

Diversified Project Management (DPM), a Newton-based owner's representative firm, has been selected to assist the building committee and vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church, in the planning, leadership and organization for its new building program.
The $5 million project will replace the parish hall, restore an existing residential building on the site, and make improvements throughout the campus for energy efficiency, life safety, and finishes.
Trinity Episcopal Church, which is located within the historic district of the town, was established in the 19th century, and built its chapel on the Elm St. property in 1884.
The DPM project team is led by project executive Frank Kennedy and senior project manager Joe Homyak. Final designs are being completed by Taylor & Burns Architects of Boston. CE Floyd has been selected as the construction manager.
Construction is expected to start this summer.
