Kelley Hannon, IREM Boston

Kelley Hannon has assumed her responsibilities with IREM as the association's executive of a non-profit organization for The Institute of Real Estate Management, Boston Chapter for the past fifteen years. Her organizational and communication skills have greatly influenced every facet of the chapter's activities. Her ability to direct the day to day office productions has been a great asset for the chapter and there has been and obvious increase in the efficiency in which our programs are presented and disperse of information as a result of inquiries about IREM and its opportunities. She belongs to New England Society of Association Executive also serves on golf committee's with the local chapter of IREM 2001 - present. Hannon has served on IREM Headquarters IAE workgroup in 2006, Faculty and Grader Board 2004-2008, presently serves on the National Ethics Committee 2014 & local chapter committee Women Professional Committee. Hannon has a Computer Science degree from Computer Processing Institute (CPI). Hannon is also a real estate broker with 23 years of experience in her own business and previously with one of the areas largest real estate companies where she won numerous sales and listing awards she belongs to the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and MLS Property Information Network. Hannon continues to educate herself with several real estate courses 1991- present. Hannon lives on the South Shore with her husband, Walter Hannon III. She has 3 grown children, 2 son-in-laws and 1 daughter in-law, 3 step children and 8 grandchildren. She was very active with their school activities, and she was the assistant girls' basketball coach 1993, assistant boys' basketball coach, and 1992-1994. board member of the Hanson youth football boosters and Squantum storm cheerleading advisor from 2000-2003, treasurer, North Quincy high school girls softball booster club. She coordinated and directed Squantum Road Race fundraiser for 8 years and was a committee member of the Patrick White foundation Christmas Tour and many other charitable fundraising within the community.
