Tenley Callaghan has been named managing director of Granite State Title Services, an affiliate of the northern New England law firm of Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A.
Callaghan has 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, primarily representing lenders in loan transactions. Prior to joining Cleveland, Waters and Bass in July as a senior attorney (a role in which she will continue to serve), she was title attorney for Horizon Settlement Services for twelve years, preparing loan and closing documents and conducting closings for clients throughout New Hampshire and northern New England.
